A California woman recently filed a product-liability lawsuit against the popular U.S. auto manufacturer Chevrolet. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the legs on the Spine Align and Posture Perfect Ergonomic Office Chairs can break, posing a falling hazard. Three people have reported minor injuries as a result of the chairs. Additionally, one person’s pre-existing back problem was aggravated.

IKEA Home Furnishings along with the Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced a voluntary recall of LEOPARD Highchairs for a choking and falling hazard for small children.
