Nearly 22,000 of the dart sets were recalled because a child could choke on the small dart if they put it in their mouth. The product was sold nationwide in discount stores from December 2006 to March 2008. Consumers are advised to not use this product anymore. There has been a report of one death. An 8-year-old boy who was chewing on the dart, accidentally swallowed it and it obstructed his airways.
