According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the legs on the Spine Align and Posture Perfect Ergonomic Office Chairs can break, posing a falling hazard. Three people have reported minor injuries as a result of the chairs. Additionally, one person’s pre-existing back problem was aggravated.

Pharmaceuticals and consumer goods giant Johnson & Johnson has issued a belated recall for several batches of Tylenol and other over-the-counter medication, amounting to millions of pills. On Jan. 8, the Consumer Product Safety Commission and St. Martin’s Press LLC, recalled the “Big Rex and Friends” cloth books due to exposure to lead.
