The Ohio Department of Agriculture said that their lab had detected Listeria in a 10 oz package of kale with the label “Cut ‘N Clean Greens.” San Miguel is advising that all bags with a “USE BY” date of 11/19/09 with the lot code 14398 should be thrown out.
