The largest crib recall in the United States is underway, with some 2.1 million units made over a 16 year period being recalled due to a safety risk. The Consumer Product Safety Commission are issuing a recall for 2.1 million cribs made by Stork Craft Manufacturing between 1993 and 2009. The cribs in question are the drop-gate models, in which the gate opens to allow easier access to the child. However, the cribs pose a suffocating risk.
