Allura Issues Recall for Hooded Sweatshirts

Levinson Axelrod, P.A. has learned of a product recall issued by Allura, a company which imported hooded sweatshirts from China to be sold in Burlington Coat Factory outlets. If you or someone close to you has been injured by a consumer product, the New Jersey product liability lawyers of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. may be able to work with you to get the financial compensation you need.

The recall concerns about 3,700 sweatshirts imported by Allura Imports, Inc, of New York. The sweatshirts in question are velour with a zippered front. They were sold as a two-piece ensemble, and have “Major Diva” printed on the front. They were sold at Burlington Coat Factory in pink, ivory, and khaki. The drawstring around the neck presents a choking hazard.

If you or someone you love has been injured by a shoddy product, contact the New Jersey product liability lawyers of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. today by calling 800-346-5529.
