Levinson Axelrod has learned of a product recall of a line of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). If you or someone you love has been injured in an ATV accident, the New Jersey product liability attorneys of Levinson Axelrod may be able to get you the compensation money you deserve.
About 2,400 ATVs manufactured by BRP U.S., Inc. are being recalled due to a problem with the power steering. According to the recall information, the dynamic power steering may suddenly fail, resulting in the sudden loss of control which can cause injury or even death. The recall is motivated by a single complaint that resulted in neither injury nor destruction of property.
The ATVs being recalled are the Can-Am ATVs line from 2010, both the Outlander and Renegade models. If you have purchased a BRP-brand ATV, it’s important that you follow the recall notice.
