Portable Nightlights Recalled

Posted on Monday, December 14th, 2009 at 8:57 am

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and OSRAM SYLVANIA Products Inc. announced a recall for the company’s PalPODzzz line of portable night lights shaped like rocket ships. If you or someone you love has been injured by a consumer product, the New Jersey product liability attorneys of Levinson Axelrod may be able to help you get the compensation you deserve.

According to the CPSC, the plastic cover on the bottom of the night light can fall off, exposing internal electrical components and creating a high electric shock risk. The firm has received three reports of consumers receiving minor electrical shocks after the touching the exposed electrical components.

If you or someone you love has been injured by a poorly manufactured or designed product, contact the New Jersey product recall lawyers of Levinson Axelrod today by calling 800-346-5529.
