Posted on Tuesday, January 12th, 2010 at 12:06 pm

On Jan. 8, the Consumer Product Safety Commission and St. Martin’s Press LLC, recalled the “Big Rex and Friends” cloth books due to exposure to lead. If you are someone you love has been injured by a poorly manufactured product, the New Jersey product recall lawyers of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. may be able to help you get the compensation you deserve.

The recall will recall over 200,000 of the cloth books because of the dangerous levels of lead. The lead was found in a small plastic dot that is sewn onto the book. All who have purchased this product are urged to stop using the book. They are sold from May 2004 through October 2009.

If you or someone you love has been injured because of a poorly manufactured product, contact the New Jersey product recall lawyers of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. by calling 800-346-5529.
