MooreCo Recalls Office Chairs

The New Jersey product liability attorneys of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. have learned that furniture manufacturer MooreCo has issued a recall for about 700 of its ergonomic office chairs.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the legs on the Spine Align and Posture Perfect Ergonomic Office Chairs can break, posing a falling hazard. Three people have reported minor injuries as a result of the chairs. Additionally, one person’s pre-existing back problem was aggravated.
