Seat-Failure Blamed in Product Liability Lawsuit Against Chevrolet

Posted on Thursday, February 18th, 2010 at 12:31 pm

A California woman recently filed a product-liability lawsuit against the popular U.S. auto manufacturer Chevrolet. The woman alleges that the serious head injuries she suffered in a rear-end collision were caused by the collapse her seat during the accident. The lawsuit claims that Chevrolet should be held accountable for the defective seat in her 2007 Chevy Tahoe.
