The government has recalled 1.2 million high chairs that present a fall hazard to children.
The high chairs, manufactured by the Graco company, can tip over unexpectedly when the screws that hold the front legs to the chair loosen and fall out. So far, more than 460 complaints have been filed and 24 injured have been reported, including cuts, bruises, scratches, head injuries, and fractures.
