The US Consumer Product and Safety Commission has announced a recall of some 1 million baby slings produced by Infantino after the products caused the deaths of three infants. If you or someone you love has been injured as the result of a defective product, the New Jersey product liability attorneys of Levinson Axelrod may be able to give you the help you need.

San Diego-based Infantino is offering a free replacement of its “SlingRider” and “Wendy Bellisimo” models, which were related to the deaths of three infants in 2009. The slings were sold in Walmart, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Baby’s “R” Us, and more.

If you or someone you love has been injured by a defective product, you may be entitled to financial compensation for your medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
