Char-Broil gas makers recalled due to injury hazard

Posted on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 at 12:36 pm

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Char-Broil, LLC have recalled the vertical gas smokers due to hazards that are associated with machines that may cause injury.

The vertical gas smoker’s regulator does not always allow for enough gas to flow so a fire may start. The build up of smoke inside may cause the door of the smoker to blow off and cause injury.

The recall object weighs 75 pounds and has the measurement of 21.5” x 19.5” x 45.5” and was sold at Wal-mart and other retailers between March 2008 and June 2010.

If you or a loved one has been injured by a defective product, contact the New jersey product recall lawyers of Levinson and Axelrod by calling 800-346-5529.
