The Johnson & Johnson company has announced the voluntary recall of Children’s Benadryl Allergy Fastmelt tablets and also junior strength Motrin caplets, with a 24 count.

The Motrin is only being recalled in the US market, but the Benadryl is being recalled in US, Belize, Barbados, Canada, Puerto Rico, St. Martin and St. Thomas. The company has said that the recall is due to a review process that found that shortcomings in the development and manufacturing process.
