Monroe truck accident kills 1

A 26-year-old man from Dundee was killed early this morning when the vehicle he was operating flipped over.

The truck accident happened around 12:40 a.m. in Monroe County. The driver was traveling on Sylvania-Petersburg Road when he was unable to keep control of his vehicle. The car rolled over near Rauch Road, and due to the fact that he was not secured in the vehicle with a seatbelt, he was ejected from the car.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Monroe County police are still investigating the crash at this time.
