Giant publishing firm Simon & Schuster and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a recall for “Monday the Bullfrog,” a plush children’s book which presents a choking hazard to small children. The beds are swinging and hammock-like, and are marketed as helping babies with colic and reflux. The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Haier America Trading, L.L.C., of New York, are issuing a recall for a line of blenders, according to reports.
