The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and OSRAM SYLVANIA Products Inc. announced a recall for the company’s PalPODzzz line of portable night lights shaped like rocket ships. Giant publishing firm Simon & Schuster and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a recall for “Monday the Bullfrog,” a plush children’s book which presents a choking hazard to small children. The beds are swinging and hammock-like, and are marketed as helping babies with colic and reflux. Haier Recalls 54,000 Blenders

The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Haier America Trading, L.L.C., of New York, are issuing a recall for a line of blenders, according to reports.
